Recurring clients may opt in for a customized monthly package based on our current rates. 

Nikki Neat Cleans requests no persons in the room/area being serviced.  

Please be sure to provide specific instructions regarding entrance of premises. 

Be sure to make preferred products accessible to service provider(s) before scheduled appointment.  

We do NOT guarantee the removal of stains such as rust, mildew or others caused by hard water build-up or lack of maintenance.  

All areas are expected to be free of excess clutter.  Fireplaces must be unused for 72 hours prior to cleaning.

We require to be informed of items or surfaces needing special care.

We are NOT responsible for damage due to faulty and/or improper installation of any item.

All surfaces (i.e. marble, granite, hardwood floors, etc.) are assumed sealed and ready to clean without causing harm.

Furniture on wood floors is assumed to have proper protection.

PAYMENTS

A deposit is required to schedule your cleaning session.  Deposit amounts are outlined via the booking portal here.  

Your deposit will cover only 1 hour of service.  Any additional time will be logged, rounded up to the nearest half hour, invoiced and expected to be paid upon completion of services.

Travel fees are to be included in your remaining balance.

Deposits are non-refundable but transferable up to 30 days.  

NOTICE

We only clean windows and blinds that can be reached with a 1-2 step ladder.

For safety, no other jobs should be done while we are cleaning.

The presence of other workers or excess of people in areas to be serviced might affect the estimate, cost and time needed to complete the cleaning to your satisfaction.

Only upon your verbal consent will before photos, after photos or a combination of both be taken.  These photos may be used for commercial use including promotional advertising and marketing.

No heavy furniture will be moved.

Nikki Neat Cleans shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products. Nikki Neat Cleans maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service.  By paying your deposit you agree to these terms and conditions.
